Katrina, written by Liz Bauman and David Frumkin ('87), will be directed by Priscilla Hummel of Walking on Water Productions and appear as part of the Kitchen Sink series. Tickets are available now. Hurricane Katrina is bringing chaos and calamity to New Orleans. Sam and Violet's romance is on the rocks just as they and their neighbors are forced to navigate the raging waters of natural disaster, personal tragedy, racism, and politics. Although powerful people leave devastation in their wake, others rise to the challenge, and the indomitable spirit of the Crescent City survives. August 2, 3, 9, and 10 at 7:30 PM All performances are general admission. Running time is approximately two hours plus a ten-minute intermission. Tickets: $5-$25 |
