We invite you to join this inaugural cross-disciplinary faculty learning community (10-12 members) to engage in an active, collaborative, semester-long program with the specific focus on enhancing first-year seminar learning and teaching through course design and reflection. 

Why join? Are you new to teaching a first-year seminar and wish to engage the distinctive purpose and potential of first-year seminars? Have you already taught a first-year seminar and wish to reflect on and further develop your pedagogy? If you are interested in discussing your first-year seminar in progress with peers, this opportunity can support you in your work.
