For the past two years, CAPS has been offering Skills Groups to help students better cope with anxiety, regulate moods, learn more effective communication skills, and build healthier relationships. Starting this fall, our Skills Groups will be offered in a drop-in format, meaning that no appointment is required to attend, and you do not have to be a CAPS client. We are offering three Drop-in Skills Groups this semester, with some having multiple sections: Anxiety Toolbox (Tuesdays 11-11:50 AM; Wednesdays 4-4:50 PM; Thursdays 4-4:50 PM)
Emotional Expression (Fridays 1-2 PM)
Communication Toolbox (Tuesdays 1-1:50 PM)
