Facilities Services Appreciation Week: September 9th – 13th, 2019Contributed by Karen Witek on 09/09/19 (The following message is being posted on behalf of Dr. Timothy Carey, Associate Vice President, Facilities) Campus Community Members: Facilities Services Appreciation Week is traditionally celebrated each Fall during the second week in September. Recognized worldwide as Housekeeper Appreciation Week since 1981, this program honors the efforts and dedication of professionals who maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for their colleagues and the public. Here at Ithaca College we celebrate the 100+ Facilities Services employees who work so hard to clean, move, store and set-up our areas and ensure our work environments are comfortable and safe.
