Training is open to faculty, staff and students.

Be Prepared to Help Your Fellow Community Members

Anaphylaxis is a severe, potentially life-threatening allergic reaction that can be caused by allergies to food, insect stings, latex etc. and can happen at any time. Make sure you're prepared to help save a life by attending this free training.

Recognizing and Responding to Anaphylaxis September 19th from 12:10 - 1:00 in Williams 202

This training session will teach community members how to identify symptoms of anaphylaxis and how to administer an Epi-Pen.  Please note that this training will not result in an official certification (ie: Red Cross) for use/administration of an Epi-Pen.

Please Note: In order to allow time for participants to practice with the training injectors the session will be limited to the first 25 participants. If more people show up we close the room at 25 and schedule a second session.
