Workshop: Unconscious Bias in Faculty Searches Oct 4thContributed by Belisa Gonzalez on 10/02/19 This one-hour workshop was designed to help faculty serving on search committees better understand how unconscious bias might show up in the search process and what to do when it does. This workshop is meant to compliment that offered in the Inclusive Faculty Search trainings and will be co-facilitated by Belisa González, Director, CSCRE & Associate Professor, Sociology and Judith Pena-Shaff, Associate Professor, Psychology.
