Dr. Luanne Andersson and Grace Hammond, Jessica Takatch, Kathleen Greenan, Connor Donnelly, and Charlene Kush (class of 2019 graduate students) in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (SLPA) received a “Meritorious Poster Submission” designation for their upcoming poster presentation, “Diagnostic Accuracy of Tests of Children’s Language, Speech Sound Development, & Phonological Awareness,” at the 2019 American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Convention in Orlando, FL.

According to ASHA, "The Meritorious Poster Submission recognition is for proposals judged by the Convention Program Committee to show extraordinary, exceptional, and innovative work."  From a total of 1874 submissions, "only 62 were selected for meritorious recognition."
