The Out of the Closet and Onto the Screen LGBTQ will screen the documentary From Selma to Stonewall on Wednesday October 2. Free and open to the public, the film will be shown at 6 p.m. in Textor 103

The film describes its theme as a black, straight preacher and a white, lesbian activist, and the bond they form as they seek to find the intersection between the Black Civil Rights and the LGBTQ Equality movements.

Presented in collaboration with OURstory is not HIStory, with panel discussion following the screening.
