Nothing on the screen changes until the director calls for it, and with hundreds of thousands of viewers watching, and a multitude of elements that could fall apart at any moment: one might consider directing TV a stressful gig, but it's a gig that John Duber has been doing for over 20 years. With seven Emmy's under his belt, it's safe to say he's fairly good at it too. A visual storyteller at heart, Duber's work has spanned the coasts from live news, to music, to directing for Apple.
