Adobe has changed their licensing model so that starting on September 27, 2019 all Adobe applications will only be available through the Adobe Creative Cloud service which will require individuals to log into Adobe with their Netpass username and password. Under the new licensing model Adobe applications will continue to be available for use on college computers deployed to individuals and in the campus labs and classrooms.

Faculty and staff can log in on any college owned computer and download the Adobe applications they need via the Adobe Creative Cloud application by following the instructions found in our knowledge base article for Adobe Creative Cloud.

Students will now be required to utilize their Ithaca College credentials to log into the Adobe applications installed in the computer labs.  For non-lab and classroom computers in your area requiring student access to the Adobe applications or for all other questions, please contact the Information Technology Service Desk. Thank you.
