This is a reminder to ALL faculty, staff and student employees to complete your assigned Harassment and Discrimination training.  The deadline to complete this training is TODAY.  The October 9, 2019 due date was included on your initial email notification.

 

As part of IC’s annual comprehensive training program, which ensures compliance with the recent New York State legal mandates, Ithaca College requires ALL faculty, staff and student employees to complete the EVERFI Harassment and Discrimination Prevention training course annually.  The training is web-based and takes approximately 60 minutes for employees to complete and 120 minutes for employees in supervisor/manager roles to complete.

Drop-In Hours:

The Office of Human Resources has scheduled daily drop in hours in the HR Training Room (PRW G54) beginning Friday, 9/27/19 through Wednesday, 10/9/19 from 1:00 – 2:00pm for employees who may not have direct access to a computer to complete the training.  Employees may also stop by to ask questions.  If you would like to reserve a space, please stop by or you may contact the office at 607-274-8000 to schedule time to complete the training outside of the scheduled hours.

To access the online training:

  1. Go to: https://el.lawroom.com/shib/ithaca/ (copy and paste link)
  2. Login using your Netpass Username and Password
  3. Select: My Courses (located on the left menu) 
  4. Find the appropriate course and select Begin Course: Harassment and Discrimination Prevention
  5. Complete the training by the assigned due date of October 9, 2019
