Campus Well by Student Health 101 offers some tips to make breaking old patterns easier. Psssst........(The key is to make small changes each day.) Head to Student Health 101 to learn more. If you feel like you would like more support in making small changes each day, consider free Wellness Coaching, right here at IC. The Center for Health Promotion staff are nationally certified wellness coaches and can help you find balance and make changes in many areas of your wellness. Sessions are open to all Ithaca College students. They are also confidential, non-judgemental, free, and flexible. Areas of wellness that students often discuss with a wellness coach are sleep, eating well, exercising, time management, expressing gratitude, substance use, and so much more!
