Use the Look Ahead Feature in Degree Works when you meet with your Advisor or before you register.

On the left-hand side of your degree evaluation worksheet there is a great feature called Look Ahead. This will allow you to view where potential courses could satisfy degree requirements on your degree evaluation. This tool will show all the possible requirements a course could fulfill. By using this feature, you can make sure the placement of the course is where you expect it.

If it does not apply to where you thought it should; Ask Why: Never Assume!

Keep in mind that ICC Theme and Perspective courses cannot also fulfill a major requirement (no double dipping), even though the Look Ahead may show it in both places. Remember it is showing you all the possibilities of where the course can be used.
