Department of Exercise Science and Athletic Training retired Professor Gary Sforzo presented at the Annual International Conference of the Medical Fitness AssociationContributed by Jackie Wandell on 11/18/19 Gary Sforzo, retired Professor of Exercise Science and Athletic Training, attended and presented at the Annual International Conference of the Medical Fitness Association in Orlando, FL. At this meeting on October 15, 2019 he presented a 60-min seminar entitled "Evolving Evidence: Compendium of Health & Wellness Coaching Literature." The presentation essentially described a comprehensive review of the health coaching literature he published in May in the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine in collaboration with Sebastian Harenberg (ESAT Assistant Professor), Laura Cobus-Kuo (Librarian-Health Sciences), and Kyle Costello ('17). |
