Winter 2020 Session: Diversity Class on Asian AmericansContributed by Wendsor Yamashita on 11/19/19 Want to learn about Asian Americans and fulfill ICC credit? CSCR 11000: Introduction to Asian American Studies Fulfills: ICC Diversity, ICC Themes and Perspectives: Identities and Power and Justice In this course students will learn about issues important to Asian American communities including: immigration, the model minority, refugee migration, colonialism, as well as engage with Asian American food, mental health, and media representation.
