We are looking for infants from 12 and 25 months of age to help us understand when infants can learn to use a joystick to control their movement on a mobile robot. We hope to provide information to therapists to help them decide when they might consider a powered wheelchair for a child with mobility limitations.

If you are interested in participating in this study (or if you know someone who might be), please contact Carole Dennis in the Department of Occupational Therapy at 607-274-1057, or by email at cdennis@ithaca.edu

We will see each infant for five 20-minute sessions. A $30.00 gift card and an age-appropriate book will be offered as incentives to families.
