CAPS After-hours On-Call Counselor Available During BreakContributed by Brittany McCown on 12/17/19 The CAPS After-hours On-call Counselor service will be available while CAPS is closed for the holiday and during the winter break. The After-hours On-call Counselor can be reached by dialing the CAPS main phone number (607-274-3136) and following the prompt to connect with a counselor immediately. The On-call Counselor will be available 24/7 starting at 5 PM on Friday 12/20/19 until 8:30 AM on Thursday 1/2/20. At that point, normal CAPS hours will resume and we will go back to our usual After-hours On-call Counselor schedule (5 PM to 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday and 24/7 on the weekends).
