Please note:

• All bi-weekly time cards for the December 23rd  – January 5th time period are due by 9am on Monday, January 6th in the new IC HR Cloud.
• Exempt employees do not submit time cards, however they do record paid time away by using the Time and Absence App. Instructions for recording absences can be found here: https://ithaca.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/34/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=661. 

All Supervisors are asked to have time cards reviewed and approved by noon on Monday, January 6th. 

Drop-in sessions will be available to guide employees and supervisors as they navigate the new system on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 9am - 11am and 1pm - 3pm in the following locations:

• Office of Human Resources G54
• Library
• IT Helpdesk
• Warehouse
• Public Safety
• School of Business Trading Room
