Campus Well offers some expert tips on setting healthy boundaries to find balance between school and life.  

 If you are wondering about more ways to find balance in your life, consider the free and confidential Wellness Coaching program from the Center for Health Promotion, right here at Ithaca College.

Sessions are free, confidential, one-on-one and flexible. Set goals that will work for you. Our staff are nationally certified wellness coaches and can assist you in starting your semester off on the right foot.
