Did you know that we offer free weekly mindfulness and contemplation activities in the Chapel? All sessions are open to staff, faculty, and students. 

Meditation Sessions (Begins this Wednesday, January 22) 
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM 
Arrive late or leave early if needed
All levels of experience are welcome. Meditation cushions are provided.

An evening event exploring the intersections of the environment and mindfulness at 7:00 PM in the Gathering Hall, Muller Chapel.
