Visit the Ithaca College Natural Lands via a hiking group sponsored by the Employee Engagement Committee of Staff Council

What:

Join a group of staff members on a regular hike to:

• Explore the IC Natural Lands
• Reconnect with nature and practice mindfulness
• Set an intention or reflect on the week
• Share thoughts and ideas (if inclined)

When & Where: 

• Mondays at 7am-8:15am (Starting 2/3/2020): Meet at Towers Concourse
• Thursdays at 11am-12:15am (Starting 1/27/2020): Meet at Library Atrium
