Requests for new technology items for the 2020/2021 fiscal year (NSOP and capital) need to be submitted for review by IT by March 1st, by clicking here and selecting the ‘Submit a Request’ button. These items should also be submitted as part of your normal BudgetPak request. The purpose of this additional step for technology items is to provide better planning, coordination, and alignment with the College’s needs and strategic plan, and ensure that the technology being purchased can be supported. This process applies to NEW technology related expenditures, it does NOT apply to existing items owned or used by the college. (i.e. funding for ongoing maintenance or support).
