ICSM Peer Leader Program

Contributed by Amber Cloke on 02/05/20

Are you interested in serving as a leader to new students? Will you be a sophomore, junior, or senior in Fall 2020? If the answer is YES! Then the Peer Leader Program might be an excellent opportunity for you!

A Peer Leader is a current IC student who acts as a peer assistant in the Ithaca College Seminar. All students who have successfully completed their Ithaca College Seminar can apply (including transfer students).

As a Peer Leader, you will enroll in the ICSM Course – ICSM 200: Principles of Peer Leadership & Mentoring. You can earn 0-1 credits for this course! The program allows you to pair with a Ithaca Seminar Instructor, attend the Instructor’s Common Hour, and serve as a leader to new students.

If you are interested in serving as an ICSM Peer Leader please visit our website and complete the Peer Leader Application or you can contact Amber Cloke at acloke@ithaca.edu for more information!
