Registration is now open for the 2020 Women in Leadership Experience (WILE). The 17th annual WILE will take place on Saturday, March 21 from 9:00am to 6:00pm (includes travel time) in Seneca Falls, NY and is open to all Ithaca College students. Spaces tend to fill quickly, so you are encouraged to sign up soon to reserve your spot!

This year's theme is Discovering Your Voice, and we will be exploring the role of advocacy and activism in women's leadership. This retreat is formatted to help provide Ithaca College students with the tools needed to enact change. There will be a panel of women leaders sharing their experiences, a tour of a park and museum that tells the stories of challenges women have faced, an opportunity to shape your own action plan, and much more!

There is NO charge to attend the retreat; all materials, food, and transportation will be provided. Registration is now open and spaces will fill quickly! Please go to the OSE website for more information.
