I am very pleased to announce that RahK Lash will serve as the next Director for the Center of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Social Change (IDEAS) effective Monday, February 24, 2020.  RahK has served in numerous roles in Multicultural Affairs and the Center for IDEAS since joining the College, most recently as Interim Director of the Center for IDEAS.

Since 2015, RahK has made an overwhelmingly positive impact working with students, faculty and staff to promote inclusive excellence and contribute to the College commitment to enhance diversity, equity and inclusion on campus.  His collaboration working with others is well documented and respected.

I appreciate the excellent work he has done and look forward to the important work he will continue to do for the campus community moving forward.  Please join me in thanking RahK for his many accomplishments and congratulate him as he assumes his new position.
