The Ithaca College Department of Athletics will host three separate championship events this weekend, February 28-29 and March 1.
Women’s basketball earned the No. 1 seed in the Liberty League Tournament and will host three games on Saturday and Sunday. The Bombers, who are 20-5 on the season, will play at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 29 inside Ben Light Gymnasium in Hill Center. The other semifinal follows at 3:30 p.m.
Should the Bombers win their semifinal contest, they will return to action at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 1 for the Liberty League’s automatic bid to the upcoming NCAA Division III Tournament.
Ithaca plays RPI on Saturday and will face the winner of Vassar and St. Lawrence on Sunday.

Over at the Athletics and Events Center, the wrestling team hosts the NCAA Mideast Regionals in Glazer Arena. Saturday’s action begins at 11 a.m. and the final day of competition starts at 10 a.m. on Sunday.

Also inside A&E on Friday and Saturday, the IC swimming and diving teams host the Diving Regionals at the Kelsey Partridge Bird Natatorium. Friday’s competition gets underway at 2 p.m. and the regional concludes on Saturday at 12 p.m.
