We are pleased to announce that, for the first time, the Ithaca College Writing Center is offering online conferences specifically for students studying abroad. This semester, available hours will be Mondays and Wednesdays 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM US Eastern time/4:30 PM to 6:30 PM GMT. 

The Writing Center provides writing assistance at any stage of the writing process, from pre-writing through drafting, revising, and editing. We believe in helping people become better writers through a facilitated understanding of their own processes: during a conference, whether in person on campus or online from abroad, you will be met with a holistic, caring, and professional experience wherein you can discover fruitful, clear ways to best express and explain your thoughts and research.

To make an appointment, you should first have an account at ithaca.mywconline.com. When logging in, be sure to select the schedule labeled ABROAD Spring 2020. When you have made an appointment, you will be sent a Zoom video conference invitation from the Writing Center. Once in that video conference, which will start at the time that your appointment starts, you will share a Google Docs version of your assignment with your tutor.
