The Campus Managed Print (CMP) Work Group will be conducting an assessment of all networked printers and multi-functional printers/copiers across campus on March 5th and 6th, 2020 from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm each day. This inventory audit is being accomplished to verify the total number of printers and multi-functional printers/copiers on campus. Two teams of staff will be going from building-to-building and floor-to-floor to conduct this audit.

Due to the limited amount of time the assessment teams will have at each location, we will email guardians of all networked printers and multi-functional printers/copiers, a Print Survey. This survey will help us gather important features and functions each area has with their printing needs and will help the CMP Work Group identify the appropriate network printers and multi-function printers to replace our aging fleet of devices on campus.
