The Women’s Mentoring Network and IC Listening project are pleased to host a conversation on developing listening skills in the mentoring relationship.

Are you interested in developing your listening skills when mentoring colleagues? In this initial coffee conversation, you will begin to learn how to recognize and modify automatic, habitual, non-listening responses, and create a culture of trust and respect between colleagues.  Listening challenges in the virtual environment will also be discussed.
