Grounded Hope During a Contagion

Contributed by Austin Reid on 03/24/20

On Wednesday, March 25th from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Author Lee Daniel Kravetz will speak with Hillel about finding hope in a time of contagious fear.

During this global pandemic, we are facing not only a viral contagion but also a set of psychological contangions of fear, hopelessness and loneliness. At the same time, there's opportunity to recognize our situation and draw on positive psychology to find grounded hope for today and for the future. Drawing from ideas in his two bestsellers, Strange Contagion and Supersurvivors, author Lee Daniel Kravetz will describe our global situation today, talk with students about where they are in this moment and how to catch hope, community and resilience.

RSVP is required for this talk. Please RSVP here!
