The Title IX Office would like to make students, faculty and staff aware that the office remains open virtually. As an employee, if you receive a disclosure of sexual misconduct from a student you are working with during this time of remote instruction, you can continue to reach the Title IX Office by emailing Linda Koenig at lkoenig@ithaca.edu or Omar Stoute at ostoute1@ithaca.edu to make your required Responsible Employee report. To review your role as a Responsible Employee you may go to https://www.ithaca.edu/policies/vol2/2_1/ (2.1.4) . You can also call Linda Koenig at 607-274-7761 or Omar Stoute at 607-274-5136. Students who report an experience of sexual violence (including dating violence, stalking and sexual assault), sexual harassment, or discrimination based on gender or sexual identity will be reached out to by the Title IX Office and offered phone and/or video meetings via Teams.
