Zoom is continuing to make changes to ensure the safety, privacy and security of all Zoom users. You may have noticed some of these changes, while others may not have a more noticeable impact. Here are some of the changes and improvements Zoom has made:

Information Technology has put together a Knowledge Base article on How to Keep Your Zoom Meetings Private. The document includes best practices for protecting your Zoom meetings from unknown guests, turning off private chats, and removing unwelcome guests. Information Technology is continuing to review Zoom’s recommendations for best practices and evaluate the Zoom default settings in order to reduce disruption to the campus community.
