It's normal to feel insecure. One of the first steps to feeling more confident is to cut off your inner critic—that little voice inside that says you're not good enough. Head to Campus Well to learn what tips and tricks will help you be more confident and tell that inner critic to take a hike.
Wondering about how to get more information regarding your inner critic? Consider viritual Wellness Coaching from the Center for Health Promotion. A large part of thriving is having a growth mindset and knowing when that inner critic is trying to take over. CHP staff are nationally certified health and wellness coaches and can help you set goals to tame your inner critic and switch to a growth mindset.
