Campus Well talks about how alcohol can affect your sleep.Contributed by Kristen Lind on 04/30/20 Head to Campus Well to figure out what alcohol is really doing to your sleep cycle, and learn some healthier ways to get a good night's rest. If you are wondering about how alcohol and other substances can affect your sleep and well being, consider making a digital BASICS (balancing substance use) appointment with one of the Center for Health Promotion staff. Appointments are available to all IC students and are free, flexible and non-judgmental. Email healthpromotion@ithaca.edu to make an appointment or for more information.
