Equity and inclusion work is more important than ever. Employees do not have the luxury of picking and choosing which elements of their identities will or won’t be disproportionately affected by this crisis.Throughout this time the LGBT Center director continues to offer services online, through zoom, and by phone for our staff, faculty, students and alumni.

Being aware of and implementing plans to center and support employees and their families who experience marginalization and discrimination, including members of the LGBTQ community, is one key strategy as we cope with today and plan for tomorrow.
