In this unusual season for our country, many people are feeling more anxious and finding that their usual coping strategies are not working as well.  CAPS is pleased to announce that we will be offering Anxiety Toolbox Groups (led by CAPS Counselor Rebecca) through Zoom each Tuesday from 1 PM-1:45 PM, starting Tuesday April 14th.  The groups will be a place for students to check in with each other, to share resources, and to practice a few useful techniques for coping with anxiety.

If interested in attending, please email rcreamer@ithaca.edu before 9 AM EDT on Tuesday, and we will send you the Zoom link for the group.  This is a drop-in group, so students can attend as few or as many sessions as they would like.
