In a matter of weeks, COVID-19 has changed the landscape of higher education and forced student affairs professionals all over the world to quickly respond to a growing number of challenges. With institutions closing, extending their spring breaks, or moving fully online, many student affairs pros are in transition and trying to figure out how to adjust to new norms. This webinar, recorded on April 2, is now available free to access.

Input your name and email in the red box on the right of the screen, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to view the recorded webinar.

In this webinar, a few guests from the podcast, Will There Be Food? including LGBT Center director Luca Maurer, discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted their campuses and how they’re continuing to support students from afar.

Learning outcomes: After this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and share relevant resources for students
  • Provide virtual space for emotional and mental support for staff
  • Discuss experiences, concerns, and issues related to their COVID-19 responses

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Luca Maurer at lmaurer@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-7394. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
