Per the College's Early Friday closing times during summer (May 22 - August 28)

During this period, on Fridays only, Mail Service will conduct its afternoon departmental mail/package delivery and pickup early.  

The following departments with regularly scheduled service should have any outgoing mail/packages to go out the same day ready for Mail Service pickup by 12:00 noon

• Facilities
• Dining Services
• Public Safety
• Residential Life
• Information Technology
• Hammond Health Center
• PRW (assorted departments)
• Alumni Hall (assorted departments)

Any department with mail or packages not ready for Mail Service pickup may still drop off at the Mail Center by 1:30pm to go out the same day.

The Mail Center will be open until 3pm for all other business.
