At a moment when workplaces are struggling with how to unravel systemic racism and respond to COVID-19, diversity equity and inclusion professional Rhodes Perry is offering a free opportunity to build a greater sense of safety, trust, and belonging at work. 

Some of you may remember Rhodes Perry's name, as we explored the possibility of securing him to support IC's equity efforts several years ago, and were unable to do so due to budgetary concerns.This is a unique free of charge opportunity to engage with him and other noted professionals.

Questions that will be explored include:

• How can we build a sense of safety, trust, and belonging at work (both virtually and in-person)?
• What are ways we can serve as inclusive leaders in uncertain times?
• How can we keep our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments on track during a crisis?
• How do we radically include and give our most vulnerable stakeholders what they need?
• What are ways our organizations can disrupt white supremacy culture in our workplaces and communities?
