 Class of 2020, Athletic Training major, Derek Hessing, BS, ATC authored and published a peer reviewed editorial in Athletic Training and Sports Healthcare, an extension of a class assignment during the spring semester.

 As part of his requirements in Clinical Experience VI, recent IC graduate, Derek Hessing, BS, ATC wrote an "op ed" on evidence-informed clinical practice and patient centeredness. With minor editing and additions from Professor Paul R. Geisler, EdD, ATC, the class paper was submitted for peer review as a guest editorial in Athletic Training and Sports Healthcare, a major national professional journal for practicing athletic trainers and other sports medicine professionals.
