This fall brings exciting changes to our campus bookstore! As part of the Ithaca Forever strategic planning initiative, Ithaca College has transitioned our textbook services to a new online model. This virtual bookstore is designed to provide you with convenience and choice while also helping to reduce the cost of course materials.

Access the IC online bookstore at Ithaca.TextbookX.com.

How It Works

Log in to the bookstore with your Netpass username and password to view a personalized page of the courses you registered for and the assigned course materials. You can then select from new, used, eBook, and rental options, as you prefer; you can even choose to buy books from third-party marketplace merchants—or from other students around the country.

  • Enjoy a price match guarantee on new books.
  • Shop from the peer-to-peer marketplace, where you can save an average of 60% off list price.
  • Sell your books back on the website (any time, any book, you name the price).
  • Benefit from a Customer Experience team that works year-round and offers 24/7 support at the beginning of every fall and spring term.

Order Early
Order your books in advance of the start of classes both to ensure you have them in time for the first day of classes and to take advantage of the lowest prices available from the online bookstore's inventory.

Delivery
Course materials will be delivered directly to your home.

Campus Store
IC will continue to host a physical store on campus and a website that sell branded merchandise including clothing and other non-textbook items.
