Dear Ithaca College Faculty and Staff,

COVID-19 Testing
As a reminder, regular COVID-19 testing is required for all employees planning to access campus this fall. Our next testing dates are Friday, August 28 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Saturday, August 29 from 9:00 – 12:00 (noon) pm. An important change to the testing protocol moving forward is that employees no longer need to self-quarantine after being tested.

The following employees should plan to register to test on one of these days:

  • Any employee who tested on 8/14 or 8/19 who is planning to continue to access campus on a regular basis this fall.
  • Any employee who has not yet tested, but is planning to access campus on a regular basis this fall.

The registration link for these testing dates will be shared approximately 48 hours prior to the testing. Please continue to check your email for the registration link. Please remember, the preference is that employees remain remote if possible. If you do not need to access campus, you do not need to be tested.

Daily Health Screening
Please complete the daily health screening each day you plan to access campus. In the screening, you must confirm that you are symptom-free and have not had recent exposure to someone with COVID-19. A link to the daily health screening is being delivered via Ithaca College email each morning. Employees who will not be accessing campus on that day do not need to complete the screening. If you will not be accessing campus at all during the fall semester, the email includes a link to opt out of the screening.

Community Agreement
If you have not already done so, please click HERE to read and acknowledge the Community Agreement.

Please contact the Office of Human Resources at humanresources@ithaca.edu if you have any questions regarding these requirements.
