The Ithaca College Library, in collaboration with the Community Arts Partnership Artspace, is pleased to present the virtual exhibition Ithaca College in the Downtown Era. The exhibition is available during the month of September.

Prior to 1965, Ithaca College was located in downtown Ithaca. The exhibition features some of the residences, commercial buildings, public schools, churches, and movie houses that were rented or purchased for the college's needs. After September, the exhibition will be archived and available to view on the library website.

There is a virtual gallery night that features the exhibit on September 4th, starting at 6:00pm, hosted by the Community Arts Partnership

For those interested, there is a walking tour available of the downtown campus. The tour features existing buildings and the sites of former buildings.
