Interested in television? How about News? Sports? Writing? Production? Comedy?

Check out ICTV's Fall 2020 VIRTUAL Recruitment Night to learn more about joining the world's oldest student-run television station (established in 1958). ICTV has been recognized by The New York State Broadcasters Association, Society of Professional Journalists, Broadcast Education Association, Syracuse Press Club and College Broadcasters, Inc.

No television production experience is required and you can be ANY major, ANY class standing!

This semester's event will include a brief presentation over YouTube, featuring introductions by ICTV's Executive Staff, information about each of the station's more than twenty shows, as well as details on how to get involved this fall. Following the video, attendees will be able to speak with the station's show producers over Zoom and sign up as cast and crew! Check out ICTV's YouTube Channel (ICTV 607) for the premiere Tuesday at 7:00 PM.

ICTV is Ithaca College's student-operated television production organization serving 26,000 Tompkins County cable households with a variety of community-oriented programming. The station's programming airs locally on Spectrum Channel 16 and also streams at ictv.org. This semester's remote productions will be featured on YouTube and social media.

The station's lineup of shows covers sports, news, entertainment, music, comedy, drama, children's programming and game shows. Learn how to be in front of or behind the camera and develop professional skills. Plus, meet great people!

Additional information is also available on Ithaca's Events Calendar.

Come check out ICTV and sign up for a fun semester of television production!

If you have any questions about ICTV, the station's Recruitment Night or this semester's programming, please contact ICTV Station Manager Steven Blenner at manager@ictv.org.
