Dr. Duke (Management, School of Business) presents paper on the pedagogy of strategic management at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting.Contributed by Duncan Duke on 09/17/20 Professor Duke presented the paper "Making Strategy Valuable to Undergraduate Students" at the annual meeting of the Academy of Management. The paper examines the most common methods used to teach strategic management to undergraduate business school students, highlights some of the limitations of these methods, and proposes three principles for developing strategic management courses that are better tailored to undergraduate students' circumstances.
