BYO Candle

This week Hierald Osorto, Director of Religious and Spiritual Life has chosen pausing or slowing down as our theme. Hierald will share an excerpt from Pema Chödrön book, Taking the Leap: Freeing Ourselves from Old Habits and Fears and “Paper Feather” from the album Migration by Blue Dot Sessions. Together, we'll light a candle, share in silence, music and text, reflect in small groups, and receive a word of encouragement.  

IC Soul invites each participant virtually to enrich and explore their own spiritual life, evoking that which is beyond ourselves but to which we are connected by essence and aspiration. We don't seek uniformity of belief or practice, and we draw inspiration from many traditions. 

*IC Soul is adapted from Family chapel provided by the Sacred Design Lab team from Sue Phillips and her wife Tandi Rogers’ daily practice at home.
