Submitted on behalf of Rosanna Ferro: Dear IC Community, I am writing to you with an update regarding a change in leadership in the Office of Career Services. Kristin Libritz who has been serving as the interim director of the office will be leaving her role effective today, September 30, 2020. I want to thank Kristin for her leadership for the past two years and for her ongoing commitment to student success. We wish her the best in her future endeavors. I have asked Cheryl Rotyliano, who currently serves as the Assistant Director of Career Engagement and Education to take on the interim director role for the next few months. Cheryl moves into this role on her three-year anniversary with Career Services. She is excited to continue developing meaningful relationships across campus and externally to support equitable and inclusive career development for students. Cheryl brings experience from both Lafayette College and The University of Texas at El Paso, as well as industry experience within the government and nonprofit sectors. I will be in touch in the near future with more information regarding the leadership of the office and our plans for a thoughtful assessment of the office and how we can best meet our student needs. Best, Rosanna Ferro, Ed.D.
