Dr. Horsley is a pleasure seeking activist, visual artist, and scholar. She is committed to social justice for Black girls and women. She is an Assistant Professor in Women’s and Gender Studies and for the Center for the Study of Culture, Race, and Ethnicity at Ithaca College.
