In alignment with the College's Early Friday schedule during the month of December, IC Mail Service will be closing 2 hours early on Fridays.

Owing to reduced staff on 12/412/11, and 12/18, the following services and hours of operation will be temporarily modified:

  • The Mail Center will close at 3pm.
  • Afternoon departmental DELIVERIES will be curtailed. Instead, automated notification emails will be sent to recipients when items are available for pickup at the Mail Center. Regular deliveries will resume on the following Monday.
  • Afternoon departmental PICKUPS will be curtailed. Regular pickups will resume on the following Monday.
  • Outgoing mail/packages dropped off at the Mail Center will be held for pickup by carriers on the following Monday.  Any item requiring postage or processing by Mail Service will be dated for that Monday pickup.
