All Staff Profiles Now in Drupal Website

The IC Web Team has completed the work of migrating all staff web profiles out of the old WPM system to our new Drupal website. With this important first step complete, we will be preparing to migrate all web profiles for faculty starting in January 2021.

In order to make this official, we have also set all staff profiles to redirect to their new web address. Specifically, this means the old URL format staff.ithaca.edu/[your_username] is now redirecting to ithaca.edu/staff/[your_username]. If you find that this is not the case for your profile, please let me know as soon as possible.

Going forward, any updates or changes you’d like to make to your profile must now be made in Drupal for them to be visible. Details of how to log into the website and access your profile are available in our knowledge base for your reference.

We’ll be adding more to that knowledge base as quickly as we are able, but if you would like more details and a broader overview of the features available in the new staff profiles, there is still time to sign up for our final Staff Profile Virtual Training Session:

When you RSVP for the session, we'll send you an Outlook invite with details for joining our Zoom presentation.

In the meantime, you can learn more about web profiles on our blog, and if you have any questions or concerns about web migration, you can contact the IC Web Team anytime through our feedback form

We're always happy to hear from you.
